Phone call with HR. Half hour phone call with hiring manager. In person 2 hour interview with 6 different people including a 3 part skills test. Thought the interview went well. Followed up with HR twice after and was completely ghosted. I have to say, I was surprised and disappointed that they would put that kind of time into me and couldn’t be bothered enough to tell me they went a different direction or just weren’t interested for whatever reason.
