I walked into hobby lobby, handed the manager my application, and he asked if I was available for an interview on a date about two weeks from the day. I said sure, and showed up at the appointed hour. He asked me a few self-assessing questions and handed me a simple math test that was to be done without a calculator. I completed it, and he asked me to return the next day to start work.

Extremely easy. Was during seasonal so management let pretty much anybody in. Had to take a quick test, which was easy enough. The woman who interviewed me was very personable during the process.

It was very smooth process. They asked me 4 or 5 questions and then let me ask questions. They gave me a tour of the store and introduced me to the other people working there.
The interview process was swift and easygoing. The managers had great personalities and were easy to communicate with. They made you feel at home before you even started the interview.
