Interview with the senior assistant manager. Took a few weeks after I applied to get called back but got hired on the spot. Corporate provides list of cliche questions to be asked. Math test required.

What do you do if a manager tells you to do something that isn't correct ?
Very easy interview, they asked me the typical questions about my past experience, how I have demonstrated leadership in the past, why I wanted to join the company, my salary expectations, etc.

The most unprofessional interview I have ever had! The hiring manager made me wait over a half hour. Don't schedule an interview at the time scheduled if you cannot be on time! She made eye contact with me once during the entire interview. She also answered her text messages and responded to her walkie during the interview. I'm not even sure how she is a manager; extremely unprofessional!

Easy to find where I needed to go. It was a little discouraging to not see eye to eye though on scheduling ebe though I was upfront on my schedule. It seemed like I was being asked to work more than I was looking for.
