First initial call was with the HR manager, went through my CV and then a face to face interview was arranged. But before the interview I had to do an excel assessment and a personality on-line questionnaire. I was interviewed by the person I was replacing as she was going on maternity leave. The interview went well and I was called back for a second interview with the line manager.
