Applied online with screening assignment, hiring manager screen, recruiter call, CPO interview, take-home assignment, in-person on-site with panel presentation. Interviews were regularly rescheduled, late, etc. Second worst on-site I've ever had. Some interviewers were absent, late, off-schedule, or asking about technical aspects (e.g. how to locate, clean, and format data for testing across multiple LLMs) that were only tangentially related to writing. They seemed to not really be aligned on what they were looking for, other than someone with best-in-class writing skills, AI-related tech stack, and voice assistant experience. Parking nearby is very limited. At the end of it all, they chose to reconsider the role and not hire anyone. Huge waste of time and energy.
