An extremely long interview process for a mid-level job and required a recruiter interview, a virtual interview, and two on-site interviews inclusive of a “task”/“assessment.” The company could enhance their interview process by streamlining the number of individuals a candidate needs to be evaluated by according to the level of the role

Asked me various basic questions about my background, not many behavioral questions, and asked me to re-create a project
2 rounds of interviews. One in person and the other virtual. Standard behavior and situational questions. Was told the job was entry level so I’ll be able to learn the basics and move my way up

Awesome interview process, super friendly! I enjoyed talking to the recruiters a lot. The teams are also very supportive and want you to succeed. Seems like a great place to work.
1 Recruiter Screening, 1 Hiring Manager Interview, and if I was moved forward then it would be the hiring manager's supervisors. Focused mainly on Hilton's values in the recruiter screening.
