I applied for job before the closing date and I was supposed to hear back two weeks after the closing date. I didn't hear back anything so I decided to call and see what was happening. Then, finally got the interview call from the manager. I went for the interview to be surprised that it was a panel interview. I was not informed that it was gonna be a panel interview. Anyhow, i did great on the interview(according to the feedback of the manager whom I later asked), but they hired someone else. I was told that I would recieve a call back in the same week to get the answer about the interview. I didn't get any call backs for another two weeks until I called them to ask what happened. And that's when he told me they hired someone else. I mean I think no professional attributes..

Applied online, had a phone screening interview, and a formal interview with two-panel members. During the panel interview, I completed a math test. This was very simple and comprehensive. Afterwards I was shown around and had a chance to ask questions. Overall, it was a very positive and friendly interview.
