      Entrevista

      No proper process. Randomly people were coming and taking interviews. I had multiple manager interviews. After the final interview manager was we like you and we ll get back to you in a couple of days and they never got back. I dont know if they are not willing to pay or is there any other reason. The courtesy thing would be to just drop a mail saying you are not selected. 1. Technical and Analytical test 2. Manager Interview 3. Technical interview with 2 panel members once 4. Manager interview I suggest before going to interview just ask them if they know your current package.

      Date Of Interview : 19-Dec-21 # Product Engineering 1. Technical Round - It was a really good experience, interviewer questions were very relevant to technologies 2. Director Round - It was a really good experience, interviewer questions were very relevant to technologies # Platform Engineering 1. Technical Round - It was a really good experience, interviewer questions were very relevant to technologies 2. Director Round - It was a really good experience, interviewer questions were very relevant to technologies 3. VP Round - Technical + Basic discussion # Product Engineering 1. VP Round - It was a really good experience, interviewer questions were very relevant to technologies #. HR Round - It was not conducted. Not sure why I really appreciate both the interviewer and director for appreciation and providing guidance & suggestions towards improvement areas I was not happy with HR, as even after giving so many rounds, there was lack of communication and kept my offer dangling till my last working day. Just adding to the above, I was even ready to compromise my current offer. Suggestion: Either select or reject the candidate rather than holding them till last day. Think logically, It is a loss for both company and candidate as well. Hope after reviewing this at least you guys formalize the process
