Entrevista
The interview started with the interviewer reading my resume, then he asked about my internships, projects. He then proceeded with a round of DSA questions. Towards the end the interview shifted to a more HR round where he asked about my goals, where do I see myself. The DSA was fairly easy but as I answered more questions the difficulty raised

I recently attended the recruitment process at HighRadius and wanted to share my interview experience to help others prepare.
The process consisted of two rounds. The first round focused on technical knowledge, CV discussion, and projects. The interviewers asked questions mainly from core subjects like DBMS, SQL, and OS, along with detailed discussion of my projects. They were interested in understanding how deeply I had worked on my projects and how clearly I could explain my concepts.
The second round was quite different and focused entirely on analytical and problem-solving skills. It included case-study type questions, logical reasoning, and scenarios that tested business thinking and decision-making approach rather than coding. This round seemed more aligned with consulting or analyst-type roles.
Overall, the process emphasized not only technical knowledge but also analytical thinking and communication skills. Candidates should be prepared for both technical depth and business-oriented problem solving.
Tip: Even if you are more inclined towards engineering roles, it is helpful to show flexibility and openness towards analytical aspects, as the company values a hybrid skill set.
Hope this helps future candidates. All the best!
