Well structured Process in general. However, unfortunately, it did not really leave the impression that it is intended to be a two way "getting to know each other"- as they say themselves their environment is not for everyone... Despite repeated assurance for time to ask questions, not always the time taken to give answers beyond "you won't get this level of detail when you work here" or "we don't have time to answer this just now" and once asked again, 5 mins after meeting time finished "I don't have time to talk all day" An important value for them is "relentless prioritisation". Also it might be good for applicants to trust their intuition, when they are offered a contract with a 1 day window to sign off the contractual details - ...and maybe take a screen shot of the job ad when you apply, so clarifications can be discussed, if need be.
