Entrevista
The interview process was enjoyable. I had 4 interviews.
1st with the Team Lead, which was really fun and relaxed, he did throw a few curveballs and "on the spot" questions but because of my knowledge about copywriting I was able to answer them adequately.
2nd interview I was given a take-home task and had 4 days to complete it. The task was average and I actually really enjoyed putting it together. I was given two briefs that I had to answer, and I did.
3rd interview I had to present my task to the team lead and another team leader. I presented my work and cracked jokes here and there, they really loved the work and gave only good feedback - which was amazing!
4th interview - I spoke to the HR lady about logistics, who then offered me the position that I gladly accepted.

Entrevista
I had a screening call. That was passed and followed through to an interview with hiring manager.
All in all it was ok, nothing particularly stands out from these calls.
I was given fairly detailed feedback on why I didn't make the cut, but I had to laugh when that feedback mentioned something specific and the next week I saw a Hellofresh ad with that exact thing. For me it was a sign. As a creative, we know inconsistency usually equates to work chaos. So, in the end I was relieved.

They also asked UNPAID assessment, which is quite dodgy considering the calibre of the company (low).

Initial phone screen, three virtual interviews with team members, a copy (skills) test, and a background check. Never heard from them again. I understand these things happen, but ghosting a final candidate who took the time to complete all of the above is frustrating.
