The initial contact with Helin and the interview process from there were very welcoming. The hiring manager answered a lot of my questions, but by far the most enlightening moment was being on-site and feeling the vibe in the office. I already enjoyed working on the interview assignment, but what made it even better was the fact the team lead was giving me feedback personally and used the assignment as a way to spar back and forth reasoning about the code together, In short it felt like a very personal approach that actually rewarded the time you spend! The latter part of the onboarding was a bit more chaotic, but that's mostly because of my personal situation. Which they were very open-minded about!
