-30m call with HR -1hr call with hiring manager -4hour on sight with 1-1/2hr design challenge follow by design review and a tour. Design challenge was 1-1/2hr hour to review a problem statement, come up with 3 concepts and present those concepts. It was good work and even fun, but not really the best way to demonstrate capabilities. They ended up ghosting me, then reaching back out a month later, and then ghosted me again. For this reason I'm giving a negative experience. It is a lot of invested time to be ghosted Otherwise the process wasn't so bad.
