Had a phone interview and all went well. At the end of the interview the person stated he wanted to move to face to face interview. Waited more than 2 weeks and finally got a call to set up interview. The interview was a 4 person panel. Each took turns asking questions while the other 3 furiously took notes. Mostly behavioral questions, "tell me about a time....". All went well. Toured the facility. I was told I would hear back on next steps. Never heard a word. No email. Nothing. Very unprofessional. I spent a lot of time between the phone interview and taking time off my job to complete in person interview. It is very disrespectful not to even respond via email at the very least. I will not apply again here.
