Situation: Working with friends in a group Task: Needing to get a project done when we can't stay focused and start socializing Action: I suggested we work independently then return to it as a group after we had done our own parts Result: We got a 4.0 and I learned a lot about time management and staying focused in a situation where you may be overly familiar with who you are working with - While I don't really use this now it was pretty good for a part-time college position because they usually realize being distracted is a major element of time waste. Make sure your result is impactful as well as your action.
