-For the second round which was TR, they had asked to come to the office for f2f interview and the reporting time was 8:15 to 8:30 AM. I had reached there by 8 AM and was one of the first batch of candidates to reach there.
I have never said this but this was the worst interview experience ever.
They said they'll start the interview by 9:30 but eventually started it at 10:30.
They approximately had 6-7 interviewers for 50-60 candidates and order in which they called the candidates were completely random and to my luck I was one of the last candidates to be interviewed which happened at 4:30 PM.
The interviewer was friendly and was scrolling his phone after posing a qn and I'm 100% sure he didn't even pay attention to what I said.
After waiting for another hour they convinently announced names of ppl who wouldn't be going to the next round.
The company should have anticipated the number of candidates since they were the ones sending out the interview invitations. They should have taken the initiative to distribute the crowd batch-wise over consecutive days instead of herding everyone together like cattles. They expect candidates to be punctual, yet they disregard the candidates' time completely.
I have never attended such an unorganized interview in my life. The only positive aspect was that they provided free lunch and snacks, though this came at the cost of the applicants' time.
