Too many people present during the interview. It was very intimidating. That served no real purpose. I think this university focuses too much on the actual interview and not the person and their qualifications.

Straightforward questions about resume, some behavioral questions about past experience working in a team. There were also some questions about how I found out about the position, and what attracted me to apply. The people interviewing were very friendly, non-intimidating, and professional. I took some time to think before answering the questions, and they were ok with that too.
