HR informed me that I cleared both and would proceed to a client interview. Two weeks ago, HR contacted me about my availability for the client discussion, but since then, there has been complete silence. If you are unsure about the next steps, at least have the courtesy to communicate instead of leaving candidates in limbo. To HR, if you and your team can't manage a structured hiring process, figure it out internally instead of wasting professionals' time. Scheduling interviews without proper coordination reflects poorly on your company and creates a frustrating experience for candidates. Respect for time should go both ways, not just when it’s convenient for you.
