Did a couple phone interviews, they liked my extensive experience and brought me in. First person was video conference, I guess she couldn't be bothered to to come in and be there in person. Met a couple other people, then they ambushed me with someone who wasn't on the interview schedule. She sat there and scowled at me the whole time. Very strange, awkward situation. After looking around the office there I realized my experience didn't matter to them. Word of advice, if you are looking to work here then make sure you are not over the age of 35 and be sure to dress like an urban hipster.
