The interview process with Hugo Boss was very straightforward and overall a very pleasant experience. HR and team members that interviewed me were super friendly and it wasn't just a one way process, but they cared about my experience as well. After I applied, I got an email 5 days later inviting me to a virtual interview, which was scheduled a week later - they were also very accommodating with time zone differences. The first interview was 30 minutes, covering generic topics around my current job, my interest in HB and addressing any questions I had. The next steps and timeline were clearly communicated and I did, in fact, hear back in the given time frame. A second interview included a case study, questions around work style, failure experiences, expectations, etc. and overall felt a lot like a getting to know each other and less like an interview. A timeline was again communicated for when I can expect to hear back and I did then receive an offer in the communicated time frame. Overall, this was the best interview experience I have had compared to any other company, with the standouts being clear and friendly communication, welcoming feeling and a process that respects the candidate and their experience and circumstances.
