As a previous employee, I reached out to HUB International to see if there was a need for any Service Account Managers and was thrilled to hear that there was. This interview process was not the same as when I first applied at HUB - where after sending a resume' in, I received a phone call and had a phone interview - they then sent me some online testing (typing, excel, etc), after those tests were completed I was invited to an in person interview which was pretty standard - and a job offer followed.

They focused on my customer service experience: How would I handle a client situation that may be escalating? When is there a time that you went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction?

It was a normal process. Of where we go into a room, there was 4 people in the room though. Where 1-2 people were writing down notes. One other person was asking interview questions. While the last person was maybe also writing down notes?

My first interview was with a recruiter, and it was a very positive experience. He was personable, informative, and took the time to thoroughly explain the role, company culture, and expectations for the position. He made the conversation feel comfortable and engaging, which helped create a great first impression of the company.
My second interview was with a team manager and focused more on my background, experience, and how I would fit within the team. The questions were fairly standard interview questions, covering topics such as previous experience, strengths, problem-solving, and handling different workplace situations. Overall, the interview process was professional, well organized, and gave me a better understanding of the opportunity and team dynamics.
interview process was easy , and I felt comfortable and that they were asking questions relevant to the job. The interviewer was very kind and made me feel good about my knowledge and how I would be a great fit.
