The process consists in several steps. First you have a written test which covers mathematics, finance, computing and brainteasers. Then you have several interviews with members of the team, increasing in difficulty, which cover more or less the same things as the written exam. If all goes well, you finally get to meet the head of the team, and the questions usually move to motivation aspects, long-term career plans, etc.
