They are just forcing you to be fake and lie . We are almost in 2024 , and they still asking the same stupid questions since 1999 . Honestly , put the man to work , test him, stop asking stupid questions , as no one will truly answer honestly.

It was my first interview so I was a bit nervous. I was interviewed by 2 people, and they asked strength and behaviour based questions. Be prepared, and take your time.

Smooth, questions were common. Nothing difficult or extreme. You do need to think about your answer, and the position your going for when you do answer. I would suggest doing YouTube questionnaires to learn more before going in. The questions will be about lifestyle aswell as work related
