Entrevista
First interview is conducted by phone and is very basic. Next, you will wait 2-3 weeks before receiving any word regarding a second interview. The second interview is conducted in-person and consists of 2 parts. The first part is an interview with an accounting manager and a senior staff accountant. The next part is an interview with 2 random staff accountants in that division. Both parts of the second interview are completed on the same day. Once the second interview is over, you will wait another 2 weeks for an email outlining their decision.

Interview went fine, no real issues there. It was the lack of communication by the HR department that was the issue! When trying to reach out to the HR/recruiter regarding application status/next steps it was as if I had been ghosted. Multiple attempts and no answer. NOT professional AT ALL.

Entrevista
The HR team initially reached out via email to schedule an interview. After confirming my availability, I had a virtual meeting with the VP of the finance division. The entire interview lasted less than 20 minutes, during which I was asked only two questions for less than 8 minutes, and I asked several questions back. I received a rejection within two days. Unfortunately, the brevity of the interview made me feel that my qualifications were not fully evaluated. The process seemed rushed and did not provide a comprehensive assessment of my fit for the role.

Entrevista
Initial phone screen with HR, then in person interview with 2 members of accounting group. Waited weeks for the outcome, and I even reached out to both HR and hiring managers, SILENCE from both ends until I got the form email notifying me that I was passed on.
