Informal with an overwhelming feeling from the interviewer that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, although the man carrying out the interview was pleasant enough it turns out he did not fill me in with some important details, for example the job was advertised as "Gardener in Liverpool" but the job actually included a commute of 40+ miles to Manchester.
