I was interviewed by our CMD. It was not the kind of straight forward interview where HR's & Hiring managers keep asking questions from resume. It was unusual because he'd asked me to bring a copy of my course curriculum to talk about various subjects that I've learned during my M.Sc. and to understand more about my interests and also the way I think and behave. The session lasted for over an hour and it was definitely a great experience as I've never had such kind of 2 sided interview before where, I too was asking him plenty of interesting questions. Our CMD was very excited and he was very kind enough to share his experiences with me.
