2 round of interviews, first round is introduction of yourself to HR n hiring manager to see whether you are suitable. Second round have a case studies (2 cases studies) : Tough and interesting. Very good interviewer that respect your opinion. I need to emphasise that I submitted architectural presentations with 3D sketches and ideas HR keep ask Jobhunter to keep me warm , I did feel welcoming and wait on relevant replies for 1 to 2 months but eventually no update and answer to the Jobhunter and me. It’s really disappointing experience when H&M is an MNC. I must say that the Jobhunter was diligent in following up with me and then almost everyday.

I applied for the store designer position in January 2024. In march the talent acquisition for H&M contacted me and we had a voice interview. I didn't make it thru to the next round because of the salary. A few months later the talent acquisition contacted me again as another designer has left and the hiring manager would like to interview me. I managed to get through to the final round and later I got ghosted. I've sent the talent acquisition 'Recio' a follow up email as I didn't receive feedback. I'm so disappointed in how this was handled. 4 interviews later and they didn't have the courtesy to inform me that I didn't make the cut. A few weeks later I saw another position for a store designer - looks like designers come and go in that company.
