Walk in, sign on window, was given time to come back for group interview/orientation. Currently only employee from 8 person group still employed there. Was intimitated, but intrigued. So glad I took the opportunity. Process and training was intense and intimitating but if you make it through the hard exterior you become one of the family fast

were not really many, general what do you want? there were questions about stealing, working as a team, probes about family and commitment, basically easy for me. I love working for a family business so I know what is coming when I walk in
