There was a three interview step process prior to getting an offer. One was a phone call with a director, another meet and greet with a director, and a zoom call with a partner. All the staff I met with was wonderful, welcoming and easy.

1R technical presentation + 1R behavioral 2R traditional casing interview + 2R behavioral They give you a prompt for technical presentation prep a week before the interview. For 2R it's a traditional casing interview that gives you a case on the spot. 1R behavioral was with a director, 2R was with a partner at the firm.
