The first step was a phone screen. The interviewer sounded like a robot, which I thought was unusual, but I successfully passed to the next round. I was brought in to interview with three engineers. After interviewing with the JavaScript engineer, HR came in and said the other two guys had a meeting. More recently I found out that the owners like to use anti-gay slurs. Plus they use Angular which has a lot of performance issues and unnecessary complexity. Overall I was not impressed. GoHealth is a very unprofessional company.
