Process is very unclear from them. No initial information on what to expect and no proper communication. I went through multiple rounds which are highly unorganised. First round was to make a project which presents data and consumes api among other things to grasp your technical exposure. Second round with just one leetcode-medium level question followed by project review and discussion. Third round with co-CEO where they asked about background and other things. In the final round I found out that it is a part time job with lot of responsibilities as they elaborated. Then three months of dead silence. I kept checking with them for any updates if they have but they always replied that large number of applications are being dealt with and after three months when I again checked I got a reply that they've already hired someone. Process of reviewing candidates felt very inefficient and very unprofessional. It needs structure that's all and a proper screening on why and how candidates are being selected. Which for my experience was very vague and at times I felt like this is a scam.
