I was contacted by a 3rd party agency to interview with this company. There were 3 Interviews. Hiring manager, team interview, CEO interview. Typical interview questions but a relaxed environment. Everyone seems to really enjoy working at this company and staff were friendly. CEO was very down to earth and wanted to know about more than just what I brought to the table with the job, he was interested in what I did outside of work. I was given a verbal offer after my second interview and a written offer after I met with the CEO about a week later. Once I accepted the offer there was the typical background check and a drug screen that was required. I found the interview process pretty straight forward.
