First contact with Gilbane was at my college career fair. They contacted me to come to their office for an in person interview. Interview was 30 minutes in front of a 3 person panel. They asked questions about my resume, behavioral question, why construction management, and why Gilbane.

Phone screen interview was quick. Asked about experience. Second interview was more detailed. Asked about history, went in depth with previous positions. What do you know about the company and day to day activities in the position. They really value their team and culture.

Straightforward and similar to many other similar companies in the industry. Nothing too hard or high pressure. It could be simpler, though, something to think about for sure—otherwise, a very normal interviewing experience.

For a new collage graduate (first job out of college) the interview process was a panel of people interviewing at the same time. After the panel interview I was walked around the office to meet some of the other individuals higher up within the company.
