First round was a phone screen call which was standard questions about motivation for the role and background experience. The second round was a panel which similar questions, but some of the questions were phrased oddly, which made it hard to answer efficiently (even after asking for clarification/rephrasing). Was quick to get back on the decision to not proceed.
