Entrevista
- First, a short call with a frontend engineer with small questions about my skills. (30min)
- Then an HR checkpoint call. (15min)
- They then send me a take-home technical project from scratch. I was able to ask for a delay being busy at that moment. The task was nice and fun to make. (1 week)
- A review of the project with two engineers having a conversation and asking questions. Good feedback and not so many tricky questions. (1-2 hours)
- A behavioral interview with HR (30min)
- Interview to talk about GetGround values (30min)
- And finally, an interview with the CTO, growth talk (30min)
In between steps, there were short interviews (15min) with HR to check and answer questions.

It's a fake interview process set up just to keep founders/teams happy and on their toes. There is no real job in this company. HRs will act very sweet and positive but in the end

Pregunta 1
Round 1: With a Senior Frontend Engineer, really basic react + web questions
Round 2: It is a live coding round with a react-based problem
Round 3: A frontend system design round with an in-house problem, pretty easy
Round 4: It consists of 3 behavioral interviews which will be used to reject you later. Basic questions about their values, and a lot of similar repetitive questions across 3 sessions.

Entrevista
My experience throughout the interview process was fantastic! This has been the most enjoyable interview process I have had in my career. I think it boils down to the unique and top culture and people at GetGround. Every person I met/spoke with was pleasant.
The interviews were scheduled on time and based on my availability. The result of each interview was know the next day with feedback from the interviewer.
GetGround's hiring team is definitely world class!!!
Process:
1. Call with recruiter - just to go over the process and prepare you for what to expect in the next interview
2. Technical Interview - Questions around React, JS, TS, Semantic HTML, etc.
3. Technical Interview - Live coding in your own IDE (Data fetching, pagination, accessibility)
4. Frontend System Design Interview - Live collaboration (Simple question/feature related to GetGround)
5. Behavioural Interview x3 - behavioural question showing that you embody or resonate with the GetGround culture.
Before each interview, the recruiter informs you of what to expect.
