I was contacted by a recruiter after applying on LinkedIn. Shortly after I had a phone screen with said recruiter then an online interview with a hiring manager. Process was moving quickly up until after I was invited onsite to do three consecutive 45 minute panel interviews with different people on the team at their downtown Atlanta office. I was completely ghosted after said interviews even after sending a polite follow up which is really disappointing given that I invested a lot of time and effort into this process. I also noticed they reposted the job on LinkedIn while ignoring existing candidates that have gone through several rounds of redundant interviews.
