1 telephone, 2 direct rounds. it was easy one basic and more of concepts , little programing. then HR round. this was around 3 weeks first weeks telephone the got scheduled for in-person interview next week for 2 nd round. same day on 3 rd round. after few days HR round then 3 days to get the offer. after 2 week they called me for client round.

The 3 years experience guy was interviewing a 10 years experience person. Even he was asking all googled question and not real time questions. The person had a very limited overview of IT industry. Even the HR don't understand the technology requirements and schedule interview for inappropriate candidates.
