Guards at entrance were not allowing me to enter for interview since I was having no ID proof at that time , I showed them mail invite ,they kept me waited for half an hour ,we're rude ,then I showed them soft copy , Person from HR team called me and asked me to say to sorry to gaurd at entrance for misbehaving , otherwise I won't be able to give interview, they had that aducity to say this ..worst professionalism ever seen ..cleared ist round ..and almost second also ..but they told me stupid reason for rejecting me ..may be because I didn't say sorry ..can't believe genpact has this kind of worst HR team and poor work ethics .
