The process took 1 month, consist of 4 interviews after initial call with HT Int 1 General Computer Science questions Int 2 Live coding TDD problem int 3 Design interview Int 4 Cultural feedback

Had phone screening with HR, and 2nd phone screen with lead developer, and finally in person interview. HR process was straight forward. The 2nd screen with lead developer consisted of questions in regards to Java, multi-threading, and overwriting hashCode function. Finally the in person interview was another pair programming test where you have to do TDD with a programmer and implement a Cache. The interviewer only gave about 45 minutes to do this, and wanted clean solutions which was bit unfair given the time constraint. If you try to do anything quick and dirty he will take that as sign of weakness even though you are just trying to finish in time.. After the pair programming was finished I was told that I did it in overtime and he didn't have time to do rest of the interview but he would invite me back to finish which was not true. I tried to call the internal recruiter a few days later, and was told he was busy because he at some dinner in Europe and he would call me back. Two weeks after I was brushed off by the recruiter I sent another email to get a status, and got a email from the recruiter saying that he tried to send a note to go over the interview, but not sure what happened.. In the end the recruiter said in the email they decided to pass because I didn't finish in the time given.. The whole experience was very unprofessional.
