The recruitment process was one of the nicest in my whole career. They made me feel that I'm worthy and the best candidate for the position, although I changed my career path for a while. First I had a call with a recruitment HR, it was very pleasant, the HR asked me common questions related to the position, nothing extra ordinary. The second interview was with the hiring manager, it was also pleasant and I felt really comfortable talking to him. Assignment was technical, nothing that could surprise someone who has the right knowledge. After this I had an interview with the group manager and I got an offer straight away.

The interview process was 2 rounds including the technical group Please brush up on using STAR technique when responding to the group technical questions on your previous work history. Also, understanding of SIP, WebRTC, VoIP.

The interview was a good experience. The interviewers were all very easy to talk to and set up a very welcoming interaction. There was also feedback during the stages of the interview. Overall, it was a very good interviewing experience and unique. The offer was very competitive!
