I received a call from a GM recruiter wanting to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went fine, and a day alter he called back to set up a face to face interviewer with one of the managers. I met the hiring manager at a hotel room for the interview. It was very relaxed. Most of the questions were business related. there were not as many behavioral questions as you usually see at interviews these days. I thought everything went really well, with the interviewer commenting that some of my answers were good etc. The last question took me off guard, and what I thought was a good answer turned out not to be.
