The company requires that you upload your resume online. You are given a mock call to take along with typing at that time. Accuracy is more important than speed. A full background and credit check is performed by the FBI. You must submit to a drug test. The process can take 2 weeks to 1 month to complete on average.

A joke. The interviewer read me 3 questions from a prepared script and asked me to read a scripted response to a role play call. The interviewer had very little interest in what she was doing and it showed. After 3 questions I was deemed worthy of continuing in the process. (Me and anyone else who bothered showing up that day and could spell their name)
