Interview over the phone was with a panel of at least 5 different people. It was a complete ambush with people coming in and out of the room ( you can hear it over the phone). Although I have spent a great time studying the job post; requirements, experience needed ..etc. I was asked questions that has no relations to the job post. The ( non- native) I insist ( non- native ) Arabic speaker interviewer made sure to display his limited knowledge of the Arabic language which was very confusing to me. I have already took all the necessary tests and passed them all, I also had a speaking test and passed , his Arabic lacked cohesiveness and proper structure. He was challenged when I did not understand his Arabic and took the interview into a different directions. They expected me to have have a PhD in Middle Eastern studies given the questions they asked.
