I met a rep at a career fair and then met for another time about 2 weeks later for my first interview. After 2 or 3 months I thought that I was no longer in the running for the position because I had heard nothing back about it. But then I was reached out to again for another interview and about a week after that next interview I recieved an offer. So the interview process took a long time and there wasn't much communication.

The majority of the questions were based on your personality and ability to work within a team. There were no technical questions asked during the interview for the entry level position I applied for.
