Extremely long first phone screen. Scheduled for 30 minutes, entire call was 90 minutes long.
Second interview over teams about an hour long, asking typical interview questions, work history run-down.
Third interview over teams with owner and marketing team. "A," the owner seemed to not care whatsoever during the process, other team members engaging.
Direct questions to the owner were pawned to the team to answer.
Was asked what marketing efforts I would tackle first, sorry, this is an interview. I am not paid by you yet and have a current position and life that I am tending to, I am not worried about a theoretical "how can I improve this company" mindset.
