The CEO had reached out to me about an internship opportunity via email. I responded right away and then crickets. Then followed up a week later and he responded another week later. He kept sending questions back and forth for weeks. These questions had 5 day deadlines but when it was time for them to respond, they would more than a week. Then he finally set up an interview but with someone I had no prior engagement with and wasn't a person I would be working with. Then that person told me they'd get back in two weeks. Then after the two weeks, crickets. I had to follow up again and then finally, more than two months of this whole process, I get a rejection email. Really showed a lack of consideration and respect for people.
