Two weeks after I applied online, I got an interview offer. The video call was well structured, starting off with two principals of the company introducing the team and the role. They also talked about the next stage of the interview process (which include some technical tests). Then I had the opportunity to talk about myself and how my work experience is relevant to the role. The experience is positive. Despite I did not get to the next stage, they returned the email with the main reason why I did not get chosen to the next stage.
