The process was 4 interviews for 5- weeks until I got an offer: Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Technical interview and Directors. Everyone made me feel comfortable during the conversations and there was no real technical assignment or live coding; just a conversation about how I would do XYZ.

Pregunta 1
Questions were pretty generic about behavioural scenarios and how I would deal with different people, conflict and distributed teams. The technical interview described solutions to hypothetical problems.
The complete interview process consisted of 4 rounds.
1st Round: Telephonic screening call.
2nd Round: Video conferencing with hiring manager.
3rd Round: Tech interview -1 (Panel).
4th Round: Tech interview-2 (Panel).
The panel in tech interviews expects the candidate to come from an organization that already has their work culture exactly like Gartner's. Interview felt more like an interrogation rather than discussion. Panel adopted a highly unprofessional behavior during the entire interview. Panel was completely indecisive & incompetent. A total wastage of time giving interview at Gartner.

Pregunta 1
Round 1: Basic HR Questions.
Round 2: Personality based questions and some questions related to previous work experience.
Round 3: Pointless questions about how to force the client/customer in giving the approval to something. Panel dragged a scenario based question from the very start of the interview till the very end even after I answered it correctly according to the expectations. 'Rejected' was the feedback from the HR post the interview. Panel failed to provide even a decent feedback despite asking in the final minutes of the interview.
