The entire process was surprisingly fast and well-coordinated, taking just about 3 weeks from start to finish despite having 6 rounds. The recruitment and leadership teams were highly professional, and the conversations felt more like collaborative discussions than interrogations.
The 6 rounds were structured as follows:
Regional HR (2 rounds): Initial screening, alignment on compensation, willingness to relocate, and basic behavioral fit.
Senior Engineering Directors (2 rounds): Deep dive into operational excellence methodologies, continuous improvement, and my past technical projects.
Global HR (1 round): Focused on global cultural fit, cross-functional stakeholder management, and leadership style.
Site Managing Director (1 round): Final leadership interview assessing high-level strategic vision and overall business alignment.
