Its long process. I was interviewed by 5 people. 1 Sr. Director 1 Architect 3 Sr. Managers I did attend onsite after phone screening. I had 1 phone screen for 1hr first. Then Video interview was scheduled for 2hr following week. Finally attended onsite interview. So it all took total of 2 months to complete the hiring process.
